TMM Carolinas was born from purpose—shaped by the people, values, and experiences that defined my journey as an educator and mentor for over two decades in the Carolinas.

Now, as I begin a new chapter in Tacoma, Washington, I’m carrying those roots with me—not just as a memory, but as a mission.

The name TMM Carolinas is more than geography. It’s a reminder of where I found my calling, honed my voice, and witnessed countless lives transform with the right support and structure.

While my location has changed, my commitment hasn’t:
I’m still here to help adults remove barriers, stay accountable, and finally follow through on the goals that matter most—whether you’re in South Carolina, North Carolina, Washington State, or anywhere in between.
